AVA Pacific Showroom

RMA Process

The RMA process is required for both Warranty and Credit Return items. Please complete the below form thoroughly, please note items returned without completing a RMA form will not be tested or credited.

  • Dealer to complete Online RMA Form

  • AVA Pacific will contact to discuss the RMA and issue a RMA number

  • Product to be returned to the AVA Pacific warehouse with correct labelling

  • Product receiving by AVA Pacific and tested

  • Product repaired, replaced or credited

  • RMA Closed


Warranty Information

Products sold and distributed by AVA Pacific carry a limited warranty, terms of these warranties are defined & held by their respective manufacturers. We have included links to all of our manufacturers warranty terms below. AVA Pacific are responsible for ensuring eligible warranty claims are dealt with in a professional and timely manner on behalf of their manufacturers.   

Warranties will only be honoured for products installed in accordance with manufacturers guidelines and instruction. 

Warranty terms are strictly Return to Base and cover only the product purchased from AVA Pacific. All other associated parts or labour are strictly excluded.
